Strawberries
Fresh strawberries are locally grown and harvested at peak ripeness, offering a sweet flavor, vibrant red color, and juicy texture. Berries may vary slightly in size depending on variety and growing conditions but are carefully handled to ensure freshness.
Absentee bids are placed per quart, with (8 quart) flats being the minimum purchase. Orders are only available in increments of 8. Total purchase amount is based on your bid price per container multiplied by the number of containers per flat.
Common Culinary Uses:
Strawberries are excellent for fresh eating, desserts, baking, preserves, and freezing. They are commonly used in pies, shortcakes, jams, jellies, smoothies, salads, and sauces. Strawberries can also be frozen for later use or processed into preserves and syrups.
