Absentee Bid Agreement & Important Information

By submitting this absentee bid form, you acknowledge and agree that this is a binding agreement. You authorize Peoli Produce Auction to place bids on your behalf using the information provided. You understand that you are financially responsible for any purchases made on your behalf and agree to pay for all successfully won items.

Absentee Bid Submission Deadline:
Absentee bid forms submitted after 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of the auction will most likely be fulfilled at the following scheduled auction, rather than the same-day auction. While we make every effort to process all bids promptly, bids received after this time may not be seen or processed before the current auction begins.

Please review the following important bidding guidelines:

• Flat-Only Products: Any product sold by the pint or quart is sold by the flat only.

  • 1 flat = 12 pints

  • 1 flat = 8 quarts

• Bid Pricing: Your bid price is per individual pint or quart, but purchases are made in full flat quantities.

  • Pint items bid in increments of 12

  • Quart items bid in increments of 8

• Maximum Bid Calculation: Your maximum bid total equals:
  Quantity × Your Max Bid Price (per pint or quart)
  Example: 8 quarts × $4.00 max bid = $32.00 maximum total bid.

• #2 Produce Acceptance: If you are willing to accept #2 grade produce to fulfill your order when #1 grade is unavailable, please clearly state this in the Notes field under the specific product.
